Support local people to solve their own issues. Projects are included Ama town comprehensive plan, Maruya Gardens Department store community design, Setouchi Shimanowa 2014 and so on. Published “Community Design” (Gakugei shuppan-sha), “Era of Community Design” (Chuko-shinsho), “Social Design Atlas” (Kashima-Shuppankai) and so on. Director at Faculty of Community Design at Tohoku University of Art and Design since 2014.
